Non-refundable deposit required to book a reservation during peak seasons
Your reservation will not be guaranteed until we receive a $40 deposit either by cash or credit card. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your pet’s stay with us. This deposit is non-refundable. If you make changes to or cancel your reservation at least three days in advance of the first night of your reservation, the $40 deposit will be credited to a Lifetime Pet Wellness Center gift card.
Peak Season includes 3 days before and after the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If any part of your reservation falls within 3 days before or after these holidays, then a $40 non-refundable deposit is required to book a reservation. We also have a holiday charge for the day of a holiday listed above.
Nervous about boarding your pet? You are not alone. It is normal for pet owners to be nervous about leaving their pet for boarding. We offer to post your pet’s picture on Facebook so you can see them while you’re away! When dropping your pet off for boarding, just let the receptionist know you’d like pictures of your pet online for you to see.
Our kennels have plenty natural light and offer a variety of cages and runs in a climate controlled environment. Digestive care diets, calming music, and D.A.P. (Dog Appeasing Pheromones) Diffusers are utilized to minimize the effects of stress on your pet. Cages range in size from small to extra large. Runs come complete with a cot for your canine’s comfort and are 3 feet wide by six feet long to give them plenty of space. Our walking area is completely enclosed and is disinfected regularly for the safety of all pets. We offer tours at any time.

*To stay with us, dogs must be current on core vaccines Distemper, Parvovirus, and Hepatitis vaccines (or have protective titers within one year), Bordatella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, and Influenza vaccine. We do not currently require leptospirosis and Lyme vaccines. There must have been a negative stool sample (no parasites found on a fecal sample) within one year. If these vaccines are not current, it is ideal to have them boostered prior to your boarding visit, however, we can booster them for you during your pet’s stay.
Our cat boarding room is completely separate from our dog kennel. It has a glass wall to allow us to monitor them easily while keeping a calm environment to add to a stress-free stay. When scheduling your cat’s stay, you can request catnip treat times.
For a feline stay, each pet must be current on Feline Viral Tracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia viruses (or a protective titer is drawn within one year), and rabies vaccination. We do not require Feline Leukemia, Feline Infectious Peritonitis, or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus vaccination currently.
Medical Illness Policy
In the case of illness, accident, or life-threatening ailment, LPWC reserves the right to do all procedures deemed necessary for your pets welfare including transferring to a referral center like MedVet. We will make sufficient attempts to notify you. Clients will be responsible for all financial requirements in such case.
