End Of Life Care

End Of Life Care

Lifetime Pet Wellness Center provides compassionate and gentle end-of-life care for your beloved pets. Our goal is not just to make sure your pet’s final moments are peaceful and pain-free but also that you can have some comfort during this time.

We want to make the process as pain-free and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on what truly matters: your pet and their comfort in their final days.

Difficult Decision-Making

How Do I Know When it’s time?

“A pet is not our whole life, but can make our life whole.”

Euthanasia

When you first call, we will schedule your appointment with one of our caring doctors at a convenient time. Upon arriving at our hospital, We will immediately escort you to a large room with a private exit and comfortable space for your pet. A technician will discuss the cremation and urn options and complete all necessary paperwork.

The doctor will answer any questions you may have about the procedure, and you are welcome to stay for the procedure, or you may leave. We understand this is an emotional time, and your decision to stay or leave is personal. If you choose to stay, we will temporarily remove your pet from the room for a final examination and to place an IV catheter for your pet’s comfort. Then, we will return them to you for a moment alone. When you are ready, the doctor will carefully administer two injections to sedate and allow your pet to pass peacefully and quickly.

If you choose cremation services, we will call you when you can pick up your pet’s remains.

We know pets are family members, and the grief process can be a trying one. Please let us know how we can be of assistance.
