Kennedy, who has loved animals since she was a child, was born and raised here in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Ohio Wesleyan University where she studied zoology, and she volunteered at a primate sanctuary in South Africa where she loved her work caring for baboons and vervet monkeys.
Kennedy shares her home with a sweet, one-eyed cat named Cody. In her spare time, she enjoys learning more about animals, being outside and going to parks.
