Lifetime Pet Wellness Center is a full-service animal hospital providing advanced modern and holistic treatment for pets. we strive to practice the highest quality veterinary medicine possible. Through client education and an integrated medical approach, we provide the most current and complete treatment options for our clients and their pets. We welcome our clients as part of our family, and we treat their pets as if they were our own. We work hard to educate and support our clients at every interaction.

We are an energetic, positive, tight knit team that works hard to provide veterinary medicine, boarding, and grooming services. Each and every team member is recognized for their great work and awesome attitude. Currently, we are seeking a new Office Manager to inspire and lead our team!

You are tech savvy and able to confidently champion platforms like our health record, scheduling, invoicing software and online pharmacy. You are an excellent communicator, whether it’s gracefully navigating difficult client situations, or contributing to our fun collaborative company culture.

When it comes to dependability and punctuality, your responsible professionalism sets the precedent for everyone to show up and bring their best to work every day. Once you have familiarized yourself with our day to day operations, you will keep an eye and ears out for improvement opportunities! You love collaborating with our team on strategies for hospital growth and streamlining processes.

Qualifications

Must be an outgoing, friendly, team player, who can work well with people, and be capable of multitasking and able to resolve conflict.

Answering/using a multiple line phone system with a smile at all times.

Making appointments.

Greeting public with a smile at all times.

Maintaining a full schedule.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with other staff and clients.

Ability to smile and most important have fun and enjoy your job.

Providing compassionate care to clients whose pet is in a life-threatening emergency or has passed away.

Computer skills

-Must be able to learn & utilize Infinity software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Petdesk.

-Ability to function using computer to print, invoice, schedule appointments, provide treatment plans, make documents, document all medical notes and phone calls in computer and startup/shut down procedures.

Faxing and scanning.
