  • Thank you for choosing Lifetime Pet Wellness Center. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible, by offering several payment options. Our fees reflect the value of services provided. Lifetime Pet Wellness Center requires full payment at the end of your pet’s examination and/or at the time of discharge.

  • Payment Options:

  • Payment options accepted are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, and now accepting Scratch Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

    CareCredit and Scratch Pay allow convenient monthly payment plans, and can be approved the same day as application. Ask a staff member for more information on these options.

  • Estimates are provided for most procedures and upon request. Cost updates on inpatients are provided during the treatment process as well as whenever requested. For some treatments and/or hospitalized care, a deposit may be required. Healthcare plans requiring comprehensive care of more than $300, will require 50% deposit to begin your pet’s treatment. Remaining balances are due at the end of the treatment and at the time of checkout. Select special order products and services may necessitate pre-payment.

    If a balance exists on your account, it will be subject to monthly billing fees, and unpaid balances will be sent to collections after 60 days. Lifetime Pet Wellness Center is happy to provided necessary documentation for insurance claims.

  • No Show Policy:

  • Please call Lifetime Pet Wellness Center 24 hours ahead of time when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Lifetime Pet Wellness reserves the right to charge a $53 “No Show” fee if a client does not keep their appointment and/or fails to alert LPWC. Repeat cancellations or no shows may prompt LPWC to request deposits for future appointments.

    For the convenience of all clients, your appointments will need to be rescheduled if you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. Please alert LPWC when running late so that we may advise you on scheduling. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
