Boarding FAQ

How far in advance should reservations be made?

We recommend to call us and schedule your reservation as soon as your trip has been planned. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. During certain times of the year, the runs book up very fast and are not always available. The busiest times are major holidays, school breaks, and the summer.

There is a non-refundable deposit for reservations during peak seasons. We cannot guarantee your reservation until we receive a $40 deposit by cash, check, or credit card. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your dog’s stay with us. This deposit is non-refundable. If you make changes to or cancel your reservation at least three days before the first night of your reservation, the $40 deposit will be credited to a Lifetime Pet Wellness Center gift card.

Peak Season includes three days before and after the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. If any part of your reservation falls during peak, a $40 non-refundable deposit is required to book a reservation.

What do I need to bring drop-off?

Please print off our checklist and boarding form for your pet’s vacation. We recommend bringing vaccine records, Boarding Form, Food, Treats, Bedding, Toys, Medication, Important Details, and Emergency Contact information.

Can I board more than one dog in a cage?

Yes. Permitting the dogs will fit in the cage or run comfortably. If more than one dog stays in a run, each additional pet will board with a $3 daily discount. We will NOT board food-aggressive dogs together.

Is the LPWC facility air-conditioned?

Yes, LPWC is climate controlled to help obtain the utmost comfort for your pet.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes. We offer dry Purina EN food since it is easy on the stomach. However, we recommend bringing your own food since it is familiar to them. If microwaving is needed, there will be an additional food prep charge.

Can I have a tour?

Absolutely! We welcome everyone to come in for a tour and enjoy The Lifetime Experience.
